Remember When - Ralph Macchio

aka: Daniel-san

Look how grown up he is?


Ralph Macchio was actually in his early 20's when he played Daniel LaRusso in the Karate Kid series.

He was born in November 1961 and is still married (1987) and has 2 children (Son named Daniel san) 

For those of you who watch Ugly Betty - you might recognise him as Archie Rodriguez, a local politician, with a semi-regular role as Hilda's love interest on the show.

I really feel old!

    haha, i remember watching Ugly Betty and trying to place him. eventually i googled him and then figured it out. have to be honest though, can't really remember the original karate kid. I was a fan of the hilary swank version though ;)
