Photo Challenge # 19: A favourite picture of yours
My holiday in Paris - the Eiffel tower at night was breathtaking. Every hour it sparkled and just took my breathe away!

Again in the interest of remaining anonymous - this is a photo of Tee & myself on a night out on the town.
Funnily enough we took a photo of ourselves and the camera slipped by accident - and it started this tradition of a cleavage shot everytime we went out!!
New Challenges
I am still working on a new challenge... racking my brain.

Good/Bad News day
The rollercoaster ride continues!
Yesterday I met up with my friend Bebe.
Bebe is a friend who used to know everything about me - we worked together for years but we dont see each other as much since we dont work together anymore.
But we have the type of friendship that when we get together we pick up where we left off and chat for HOURS. (Usually in the parking lot. The colder the weather - the longer the chat)
She filled me in on her happenings which included R4000 being stolen from her practice as well as about 4 or 5 glasses frames.
Tee then called to tell me that she just got home to find her place ransacked. Her burglar bars had been cut and the door broken down.
Her belongings are all gone; cute pink Sony dvd player, TV, all her cds and DVDS (bye bye Twilight and New Moon) her prized coffee machine that cost her a fortune as well as her electric toothbrush!!
That is just gross!
And for the icing on the cake:
My brother's girlfriend is pregnant!! EEEKKKKK!!!!
My brother is 28 and just recently moved in with his girlfriend - and now we hear the news.
I am still in a state of shock.... they can barely afford to look after themselves let alone a baby!
ANd I can see my parents trying to help them out and making things worse for them. Oh Boy!
I am going to be an Aunty... oh boy!
Ssshhhh.....
It is unofficially official! Ssshhh!
The other lady needs to be informed, but the job is mine - there are 3 things I need to learn:
- SAP
- Consumable products
- Desktop publishing
I have already decided that I will be fighting for a raise in salary now and I am not backing down. A friend of mine who works with me - Goldfish - has been an amazing pillar of support and helped me to see my worth to the company and he is the reason I decided not to back down and fight for what is mine.
I need to get out of debt and this couldnt have come at a more needed time.
I am going to have to look for a PA replacement for my boss who made me feel quite good when he said to me that he is "losing the best PA he has ever had"
So I have alot to get done these next few months as I would like to have achieved the top 3 goals by the end of the year.
I cant believe that the job I have always wanted is finally mine!!
I worked as a Practise Manager for 9 years and made the move into corporate 2 years ago and it has been a tough journey - but it has paid off!
It still hasn't sunk in properly.....

I write this blog anonymously so that I can say what I please without people judging me or jumping to conclusions because my mind is quite active and I think sometimes I should have been a man - I would shock some of my conservative friends if they knew some of the thoughts going on in my head!
So here is a photo of me - 1st time I am revealing my true self - but I am safe in assuming that you probably wouldnt recognise me unless you've been to my mom's house!
