Low & no I am not referring to my weight!

Feeling very low today.

Most of my clothes don't fit and despite all my exercising, healthy eating and detoxing, I have lost 1 kg since starting gym at the end of July.

I am now including Multivitamins in my daily routine and let's see if this helps.

I was on such a high yesterday after receiving my Thailand tickets and then I realised that I am still going to look like a beached whale on the beach and I won't be able to wear any of the cute clothes that are perfect for the beach holiday I have dreamed about for years.

I just feel like giving up.

Maybe it is time to go to a doctor and test my thyroid? I just don't want to be one of those people that blames everything else for the reason I can't lose weight.

Does it take this long? Seriously?

    at the moment am also not looking so beach-ready but also need to get ready for thailand.
    started the dukan diet today because have only heard good reviews. and you lose weight fast!
    maybe google it and see if it's for you?
