Drama-Free Please

I like to lead an uncomplicated life.
I have too much drama at work, and I really don't have the time or the energy to deal with drama in my real life too. (I like to think of work as a bad dream, something I might 1 day wake up from)

You might remember me speaking about my Housemate / ex boyfriend's girlfriend.
The day her and I moved out of the place we shared, we literally walked past each other without saying a word.
She had left me in the lurch and at the last minute told me she was moving out, forcing me to find another place to stay in a hurry.
I don't think people ever understood why/how her & I ever decided to move in together, but what they never realised is that only she understood how I felt about BD and how he was. He was a very complicated man.

Anyway, it has been 2 years and I saw her in a shopping mall. I was devastated that she had seen me, because I really feel like a gross lump of... Fat.

She stopped to talk to me and caught me up on some gossip. I really wish I had looked better, because she still looked exactly the same and I can imagine her going back to her friends and telling them how terrible I am looking.

A few hours later I saw my ex Alex in the shopping centre and again my 1st thought was: "Run, maybe he won't recognise you! Actually, he probably wouldn't have anyway

Then today my ex Cutie writes to me and I find myself wondering
Why is this all happening?

Is the universe trying to tell me something?

I made myself a promise this weekend to tie up all loose ends and get rid of all this drama currently in my life. Not as easy as I had first thought.

I am still trying to process the whole Iron Man thing.
AK, he is an amazing man. You can't blame me for developing feelings for him.
What did he feel for me?
If anything? I can't say - because I don't know.

I will never know what went on in his head.
He and I never had the "Let's talk" conversation. I hate loose ends. But sometimes you just need to let it go & move on.
I learn long ago that I will never know why men do what they do.
It is what it is
Accept it
Move on

Ask Jhb

I was recently on air on the radio for a feature by Guest-DJ Ian F called Ask Jhb

What a lot of fun!

As part of all my soul-searching, I decided I need to start settling down and looking for a man more my own age.

Enter AB (short for Ab Boy - 35)

I met him 6 years ago through Internet dating.
2 dates later, I thought he was too shy, quiet & decent for my liking. We ended it.
A few weeks ago I was actually thinking about him, when he contacted me on Facebook. We met for dinner, chatted about why we didn't think it would work out and I discovered that he is just shy, not actually quiet when you get to know him.

At the same time, Cutie pops up ( 23) and tells me that even though it's been a year, he has realised that he is in love with me and cannot stop thinking about me and wants to throw everything away on the off-chance that he can be with me.

Now I have a dilemma - do I try to make it work with AB or do I get together with Cutie? The hormones go mad for Cutie, AB is a more mature response - not as much chemistry, but perhaps Cutie's age makes my hormones sit up and take notice more?

So back to the radio - I am sitting there contemplating this very important decision when Ian F asks us to submit our dilemma and we then ask Jhb their opinion. Yay - I can get someone else to make my decision for me!

I go on air, present my problem and a few minutes later, Jhb has told me to go for Cutie - the younger guy.

Awesome, decision made.
Cutie and I hook up and let me tell you, he really can kiss a Habit off a nun! He makes my hormones go insane.

These young boys really shouldn't be under-estimated - they can teach us Cougars a thing or 2 about seduction!

In the meantime, AB has proven that he knows how to push the buttons that really Piss me off....
Good choice Jhb!

Men!

After QT & I ended it, we kinda hooked up again occasionally for a movie and a bit of action.

That dwindled off as he got into the party scene with his friends again (he is only 22 after all) & as I found out on Facebook the other day - he is also "ina relationship" but it is complicated.

I started my mini "thing" with Cutie (also 22) & soon broke it off when I realised I was going nowhere with it.

Let's be honest - you need true passion if you are going to be with someone - and that is something that is sorely lacking in my life at the moment.

MC has let me down and I am currently debating whether or not to cut him out of my life once and for all.

He came up with a great idea to go away for our birthdays because we are a week apart. I loved the idea and did some research into possible accommodations.

I have always wanted to stay in the cutest little treehouses which also boast a private jacuzzi bath in another little tree linked by a walkway.

The treehouses are along the Midlands Meander, and because MC is from that area, I would fly to him and we could drive there.

It is a bit pricey, but I am prepared to stay there a night or 2 and spend the rest of the week at his place where we can laze about and watch dvds and eat popcorn.

I am still waiting for him to commit to anything. Seriously?!

It p!sses me off that this was his idea to begin with & now he just ignores me when I ask him what is happening.

A night or 2 is not too hard on the pocket- surely a night or 2 is not unrealistic if he had considered what budget he would need for a week away.

I have pretty much given him an ultimatum on the holiday - but I have now decided that the ultimatum will extend to our friendship/relationship as well.

I will not be messed around by anybody - he has a few days to give me his decision & if I hear nothing from him, then that is over.

I am crazy about him. But I am not crazy

Being a bad girl....

... is just so GOOD!

The more I look at how quickly life flies by - the more I am realising that I need to take the opportunities I have and run with them.

This week is a great example: I gave in to the urge to bed sweet young Cutie Pie. He is 22, but like I said before - I really do like them young.
Stamina to die for and they are always really good at pleasing a woman - perhaps the sex-ed curriculum has changed since I was in school?

Last night I was a bit overly kinky and today there is a random photo of my boob floating around via his friends.
I seem to have major exhibitionist tendencies lately:
Shopping centre, parking lot and now sending boob photos out...

All in the name of the slutty single life!

I like them young....

Imagine the scene:

Tee & I having coffee when Cutie from my past joins us. (haven;t seen him in 2 years)

Tee leaves and he and I go for a cocktail (or 3) I feel the hormones revving up and Cutie is looking irresistible.

BBM to Tee goes as follows:

Me:
Hormones - Tick
Cute Guy - Tick
Trouble  - Yes

Tee:
He is adorable

Me:
Yep, drinking cocktails, flirting with danger

Tee:
Flirting? Hell no! You are throwing a lasso around it's neck & wrestling it to the ground!

Me:
I love that line - I am tweeting it right now

Tee:
You are so bad - hope its been a long, hot, steamy session

Me:
Yes it has been

Tee:
I feel like a nun - even you and broken cookie gets more action than I do
So you are furthering his basic education then - you do-gooder you!
So its a Woo - without the Hoo
(for those of you unfamiliar with the PC games The Sims - you Woo-Hoo when you get "action - the bed rocks and everything!)
Oh well - at least you had fun even if you are Hoo-less

Oh boy and fun we had - it was nice to be made to feel sexy again. Even if it is a short term - nothing wrong with some harmless fun.
