Recently I have been putting on weight at an alarmingly rapid rate and I have actually been behaving myself in the food department. (think all the toasted sandwiches have caught up to my hips)
With Thailand less than 100 days away (happy dance!!) and a gorgeous black dress waiting to wrap itself around my body without splitting at the seams, I decided that drastic action was called for.
So I am sharing with you all and putting it out there.

So here are the embarrassing stats:
Weight: ..... erm..... deep breathe..... 76kg / 167.2 lbs ...too small to read? too bad! :-D
Bust: 100cm
Waist: 79cm
Hips: 103cm
My goal is to lose 16kgs / 35.2 lbs, but I am aiming for at least 10kgs / 22 lbs in time for Thailand.
In 1 month I will give you the results again.
I am trying to do this healthily and not deprive myself of too much. I still drink sugar and milk in my coffee, but I try to drink less.
I try not to eat fatty or high carb foods either. This is supposed to be a lifestyle change to hopefully become a habit.
Wish me luck... I really do need it!!
good luck! we're starting to get the stuff together for our thailand trip and "lose a million kilos" will definitely be on my to-do list before I leave!
